Rapid Transformational Therapy
Understand Your Mind. Change Your Patterns.
What Is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is a personalised and therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer, a world-renowned therapist.
This therapy combines the most effective principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychotherapy, Regression, and Hypnotherapy and has won multiple awards for its effectiveness in delivering rapid and lasting results.
RTT helps individuals to uncover and transform the root causes of their limiting beliefs and negative patterns of behaviour, enabling them to achieve their goals and positively transform their lives.
How Does RTT Work?
Our subconscious mind holds learned beliefs, memories and associations that can influence how we think, feel and behave, often without us realising it.RTT uses hypnosis and therapeutic techniques to explore these underlying patterns, understand their possible origins and work towards changing beliefs and behaviours that no longer serve us.
What Can RTT Help You With?
-
Low self-esteem and lack of confidence
-
Sugar cravings and unwanted habits
-
Fears and limiting beliefs
-
Procrastination and motivation
-
Negative thought patterns and self-doubt
-
Everyday stress and emotional wellbeing
Your Session
An RTT session usually lasts around two hours.
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and focused attention — you remain aware, can communicate and are in control throughout the session.
Together, we explore the beliefs and patterns connected to the issue you wish to address. Afterwards, you will receive a personalised audio recording to listen to at home, helping you reinforce the changes you are working towards.
Every person's experience and response to therapy is different.
